2022-2023 Elevating Positivity Committee members: Deanna Walther (Chairperson), Emily Marty, Joyce Kasnyik, Cindy Giacobbe, Krystin Mackowski, Michelle VonKaenel, Chandler Kremer, Julie Hammond, Lynn Andrews.
Purpose: The ATA Elevating Positivity Committee is composed of members of the Association from each building that work to promote a positive, team spirit and a positive public image for ATA.
ATA Scholarship: The ATA Elevating Positivity Committee has raised enough money in its inaugural year of existence to offer one $500 scholarship to a 2023 Amherst graduating senior. In the future, it is our hope to offer more scholarship opportunities to our students.
Upcoming Events:
- Comet Clean Up Day is May 20th! Join us at any school between 10:00 am – 12:00 noon to clean up our campuses and plant positivity around the district.
- Care Closets in each building are now set up. These accept donations of personal items that will be distributed directly to students in need.
